Service Interruption
Incident Report for Watershed LRS - US
Resolved
This morning Watershed Production and Sandbox accounts were temporarily unavailable between 7:00am and 8:11am CDT on Sandbox and between 7:00am and 8:08am CDT on Production. This issue was caused by our hosting service, AWS, not renewing an SSL certificate as requested. The SSL certificate has now been renewed and we do not believe this will be an issue again.

This outage affected both users accessing Watershed and some xAPI data connections. Users were unable to log in during this period. For some data sources, xAPI data sent during this time was not stored. This is not the case with all data sources. We believe most data sources were unaffected, and we will be working with individual clients to determine if data is missing. We will also be working with any affected data sources sending xAPI data to have processes to store and re-send xAPI statements in the event of an error like this again.
